XDebug 3 – Debug CLI scripts in PHP Storm (bin/magento)

/etc/php/php7.3/cli/php.ini settings:

 xdebug.remote_host=localhost

Run script with :

php -d xdebug.mode=debug -d xdebug.client_host=127.0.0.1 -d xdebug.client_port=9003 bin/magento
